At L.A.B. Golf, we want you to be completely confident in your stroke; if your custom or stock putter isn't meeting your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Pack Your Putter

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring the headcover is secured to prevent any scratches or damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
